I. Walter Albert Hannibal of Victoria in the

Colony of Hongkong, trading as an Import and Export Merchant under the name of V. A. Hannibal & Co., do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and say as follow:-

1. Shortly after the o-utbreak of War, I severed my conection with the firm of Wendt and Company and established myself in business in Hongkong under the name of W. A. Hannibal

and Co.

20 I am the sole partner in the said firm of W. A.

Hannibal & O».

3. Neither the said firm of Wendt & Co., nor any of the partners therein have ner have they or any of them at any time had any interest whatsoever, direct or indirect, in the business

of my said firm of W. A. Hammibal à Co.

And lastly I make this solem declaration con-

-scientiously believing the same to be trus, and by virtue of the

Provisions of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.
